Douglas J. Lindberg, RCDD / NTS / OSP
President
Mr. Lindberg has been a BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) since 1995. He added the Network Transport Systems (NTS) designation in 1996 and the Outside Plant (OSP) designation in 2002. Doug holds a diploma in Industrial Electronics from the Moorhead Area Vocational Technical Institute and completed course work in the Computer Science and Electrical Engineering program at the University of North Dakota. He has been involved in the information technology business for 25 years in many capacities including software technical support, sales engineering, programming, computer equipment repair and maintenance. Since 1992 he has primarily been involved with physical aspect of the business designing and installing communications room infrastructure, cabling pathways and multiple types of physical cabling topologies. Doug is a licensed low voltage and electrical contractor in California.
While serving as Campus Planner for Communications Services the University of California, Riverside he was involved with the design and construction of projects including working with architects and engineers on new buildings as well as design, budgeting, RFP development, contractor selection and project management of large outside plant and campus remodel projects. As a campus planner, Doug was responsible for updating the campus cabling system CAD documentation and updating and enforcing campus standards, campus communications guidelines and construction specifications. Other leading edge projects included the first UC to deploy 10-Gig Ethernet in the campus backbone, doubling the capacity of the campus outside plant cabling systems, designing routes and project management for new campus wide redundant LAN connections and WAN connections with CENIC, the Palm Desert campus and other remote locations. Additionally, Doug collaborated with the campus Media Resources department to retrofit existing classrooms for audio visual connectivity. This work included designing facilities, hiring contractors and project management for the installation of cabling pathways and network connectivity to the various AV systems.

Richard W. Ofstedahl, RCDD
Vice President of Operations
Mr. Ofstedahl has been a BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) since 2004. He has been involved in the design and installation of cabling infrastructure systems for 11 years. Rich has several years experience in project estimating, material procurement, equipment and personnel scheduling, supervising and coordinating multiple large projects including new and retrofit K-12 schools and higher education facilities. These projects included campus back bone systems using fiber optic, copper and coax cables as well as multiple types of inside cabling topologies. Rich has also worked with project architects and engineers to change project designs for more efficient cabling and pathway facilities. One area where Rich takes a lot of pride is that he consistently completes his projects on time, under budget with minimal or no punch list items.

Bradley L. Winchester
Vice President
After graduating from Eastern Oregon University in 1997, Mr. Winchester decided to put a teaching career on hold and started a career in communications cable installation. Brad has several years experience starting out as an installer and for the last seven years he has functioned as a supervisor and project manager. One of his most notable projects was for the City of Santa Ana where he was the project manager for their new cable infrastructure project for two years. He has developed a good working relationship with several customers who insist that Brad is on their projects.
